Update summary

A new offline Skill reviews project identity, revision checks, delivery, recipient access, experience and handoff records before done becomes a delivery claim.

Changes

  • Confirm that the artifact comes from the requested project and agreed scope.
  • Require revision checks, the delivery environment and recipient readback to point to the same version.
  • Include the important workflow and one relevant failure path in experience evidence; a reviewer must explain when a static, non-interactive artifact makes that check not applicable.
  • Require the handoff record to list unresolved items explicitly; any unresolved item returns a blocker.
  • Return only candidate, blocker or no_candidate; candidate is not approval, publication or completion.
  • Validate only the evidence packet structure and field consistency; the checker does not open evidence, prove truth or grant publication authority.

Result

The English public Skill is published in 970lab/ai-content-ops at commit 3a78a8cb1416c68c7fe545148bed90ecb273ea2f, under skills/delivery-evidence-check/.

Public boundary

The public package contains only the general method, data contract, offline checker and fictional examples. It contains no credentials, private paths, client, family or child information, internal topology or real project evidence. It does not deploy, publish, contact recipients or replace human acceptance.
